After the disintegration of the former Soviet Union, the Russian Air Force has been the pace of the upgrading of stagnation, and not more money is focused on the Su-27 series of improvements.

Although Su -34 outstanding performance, and plans -22 M “Backfire” and compared flight load of bombs have significantly better, so its strategic deterrent capability and the inevitable difficult period compared to the former Soviet Union.
