[Ccidnet.com] April 22 news, Intel recently announced that it will part of the four core processors cut prices by 50 percent and will launch new Celeron and two pairs of nuclear Duo processor.
Intel Duo 2 IV nuclear Q6700 (2.66GHz) processor prices will be reduced by 50 per cent, down from 530 US dollars to 266 US dollars. Four nuclear Xeon X3230 (2.66GHz) processor prices have also reduced by 50 per cent, down from 530 US dollars to 266 US dollars.
Prices of the Celeron processors include: Celeron 430 (1.8 GHz), the price cut of 23 per cent, down from 44 US dollars to 34 US dollars. E1200 dual-core Celeron processor (1.6 GHz) prices 19%, down from 53 US dollars to 43 US dollars.
Dual-core Xeon 3085 (3GHz) processor prices 29 percent, down from 266 US dollars to 188 US dollars. Two pairs of nuclear Duo E6850 (3GHz) processor prices 31 percent, down from 266 US dollars to 183 US dollars.
Pentium dual-core processor for the price cuts. E2200 (2.2GHz) and E2180 (2GHz) processor prices were down 12 percent and 14 percent, selling for 74 dollars and 64 dollars.
Intel also introduced the four nuclear Celeron E1400 (2GHz) processor, the sale price is 53 dollars, Celeron 570 (2.66 GHz) processor sales price of 134 US dollars.
Intel also introduced a new two pairs of nuclear Duo processor. E8300 (6MB cache, 2.83 GHz) and E7200 (3MB cache, 2.53 GHz), the sales price is 163 US dollars and 133 US dollars.
